Messages submitted through our website’s in-built Contact Form are transmitted to the Company's Microsoft 365 email system and retained for up to two (2) years in accordance with the Company's internal email retention policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

- unlawful processing;

- destruction;
- alteration; and
